Overall, we're quite satisfied with the hotel. However, pls do not leave your luaggage at the receptionist there. We placed our luaggages at the corner (for storage of luaggages) after we checked out as we wanna go to Phuket Town. We cant find our luaggages when we're returned back to the hotel from Phuket town and wanna to proceed to airport. The staff told us somebody took our luaggage to airport and the taxi driver was on the way coming back with our luaggage. The staff mentioned that she remembered that was our luaggage that's why she called the taxi driver. Due to communication problem, we didnt question the staff why they didnt stop when they knew the person took the wrong back. We waited for 30 minutes then we got our bag back.

- The Hotel Location was great, very close to beach ( less than 5 min walking) ans also near to shpping area ( 15 min walking/ 3 min by cab). Although Breakfast has not many options but it was great and the existiong options was very good. The other good thing, in the bathrome, there was a glass door seperating Shower from toilet which i liked very much. The staff were very helpful and kind and they were always smiling.

Room cleanliness needs serious improvement!!! Stains on bedsheets, low water pressure in the shower, and a funky smell persisted throughout my stay!!! An upgrade in room maintenance would work wonders!!!

The food was great, and restaraunt staff were fantastic!
The beds were rock hard!!!! The hardest I have ever felt in my life!!! Staff at the hotel never greeted you when you entered the reception area. They were too busy playing with mobile phones or having thier own conversations. We would not stay at aspery again, however we would go and eat there.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent buffet breakfast and a rooftop pool, just a five-minute walk away.

Room was great and also the location
Hand showers were not working, and leaking which causes more water to stay in the bathroom and no proper cleaning. But after reporting it was cleaned.
